Our pond (85)

I don't know why it is, but I just haven't felt like writing for the last few days. I've enjoyed reading about what everyone else has been doing, and I've been up to several things myself, just haven't felt like blogging. Anyway, just to let you know that I'm still alive and kicking, here are a couple of photographs I took on Monday.

We think we have three frogs in the pond at the moment, though of course there could easily be more - two adults and a youngster. I spotted the two adults sitting on the edge of the pond the other day, for all the world like an old married couple!

We also have five goldfish, though if Rosie was anything other than the fat, lazy, dozy cat that she is, we'd probably have fewer than that by now.

They do look a lot like DH and I. In a good way, of course. The kitty may be fat and lazy, but sure is cute.

What an amazing picture of the frogs. They really do look like an old married couple.

Your cat is soooooo big! We adopted one from the shelter and he was so slim, he is finally starting to put on some weight! I would love for him to get that big, she is huge! :)

This is so sweet and fun! i'd love to have a pond but in oklahoma unless you're right on top of it every day cleaning it out, and stirring up the water, it becomes breeding ground for the [del]birds[/del] mosquitoes that can just about carry you away here. LOVING looking at yours though - its beautiful :)

Ahhh... an English frog and a fat cat! Adorable. How has your house hunting been going?

Loved your pictures...I think a lot of us are having the summer time restlessness and not wanting to think too hard about a blog.

Take care...hugs from across the big pond.

We all have occasions of wordlessness...I'm in one right now, too! And I still check in on my favorite places to go. I think it's normal- whatever that is!!

Oh my goodness...at first glance I thought our cat had travelled to the UK! Ours has almost the same markings but his gray is a little bit lighter and he's not quite as fluffy! Looks like you have his twin! :0)
