Down in the Garden

Down in the Garden is at last finished and hanging on the wall. I think I may need to do something about a slight bagginess in the centre block, but apart from that I'm really pleased with it. It will be going to display itself at our village exhibition this week. So here are a few photographs of it, with some close ups of the individual blocks.

I think that if you didn't already have a masterpiece, you have one now. It is so beautiful and interesting. I'm sure it will hang in your village exhibition with pride for being well done.

How exciting! I love the way the quilt has turned out. The pattern and the stitchery along with the fabric choices are really stunning. Please take a picture of it hanging at the village exhibit. Where will it hang in your house. If I were you I'd want to look at it constantly, it's just perfect! Will it be judged in the exhibit?

That is a wonderful quilt! Look at all the work put into it! The splashes of red really make it perky.
