and spring starts to appear. We've had lots of rain and wind, and really dreary weather over the last few days, and today when I ventured out this is what I found.
So, whatever the weather might throw at us in the next few weeks, spring is definitely on the way. Hurrah!

I am jealous...all we have out side is snow. The jonquils are sending little green stems out - but that is all.
But the weatherman is predicting temps in the high 60's and maybe even low 70's in the latter part of next week...I can wear sandals again...my toes will do a happy dance.
Wow, you are certainly having the first signs of Spring! We have some snow clocks in our garden, but that is all.
Love your heart quilt and the blue quilt you made1
Have a wonderful weekend. xo
It's always amazing when springs starts and my tulips and daffodils reappear. Lovely pictures!
I found snowdrops in my garden today too. I was out there on Tuesday doing some tidying and didn't notice them then, they just seem to have sprung up from nowhere today.
Sooo jealous here too! Still very cold and very snowy! Ohhh......Spring is soooo far off :0(
Seems early for those spring flowers but they sure are pretty.
What pretty flowers Amanda. We haven't had warm enough weather yet, but I'm hoping it will be soon.

Oh wow! I don't think we saw the crocuses or daffodils until April in Illinois. Sigh... the flowers look so beautiful! Happy Spring, Amanda!
