Blocks

Here are some of the blocks that I have made recently.

The first two blocks are those that I made for a virtual quilting bee that I have joined, Euro Quilting Bee.
From April 2010
From April 2010
The first is for Sylvie in France (no blog) and the second (yet another rather fuzzy photograph!) for Monika in Germany.

The last block is the first in the new BOM I have started, Leanne Beasley's Down in the Garden. It's a beautiful block, but oh, so much work in it, it took ages to complete.
Today I plan to complete the last BOM I did, Tail Feathers by Natalie Lymer. Just the binding to stitch down, the label and the hanging sleeve to finish.

Happy Easter!
Your Down in the Garden block leads me to new temptation. The designer always has such good projects. Well done.

The blocks look great! Your doing Down in the Garden??? Maree at Farmyard Crafts is looking for people who are doing this quilt. Are you doing it BOM or do you have all the patterns and fabrics already???
The stitching is beautiful!

Love the purple block. I'm doing 'Down In The Garden' BOM too. It is a lot of work but it will be so beautiful when it is finished. This will be a quilt for me for a change.
I haven't quite finished block 1 and block 2 arrived yesterday!! I don't think there was four weeks in between them though and if there was they sure went fast.
Have fun with it.
